Lead Times

  • Fabric Samples: 7–10 working days

  • Beds:
    Approximately 6–8 weeks

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and demand.

Custom Orders

If you have requested any custom changes to your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm all details before production begins. Your lead time will only start once all specifications have been fully agreed and confirmed.

Delivery Service

We offer a professional two-man delivery service across most of the UK West midland. 

You can choose from the following delivery options:

Delivery Only – £40

Your item will be delivered safely to the room of your choice.

Delivery & Assembly – £80

Our team will deliver your item to your chosen room, fully assemble it, and remove all packaging for a stress-free experience.

Please note: Deliveries are available to ground, first, or second floors only, unless lift access is available.

Delivery Scheduling

  • Our team will contact you by SMS or phone to arrange a delivery date

  • You will then receive an estimated delivery time window by SMS or phone the day before delivery

  • Deliveries may begin from 6:00am

Important Delivery Notes

  • If you choose delivery only and decline assembly, you must inspect all items for damage before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for issues reported after our team has left.

  • Any issues must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 48 hours using our Contact Form.

  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional charges.

  • A minimum of 10 working days’ notice is required to rearrange a delivery.

  • Rearrangement requests made with less than 10 working days’ notice will incur:

    • £40 re-delivery fee

    • £80 holding fee

Adverse Weather & Traffic Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, severe weather conditions or traffic delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules. If this happens, we will keep you informed and arrange a new delivery date as soon as possible.
